New England Clam Chowder

I looked forward to Clam Chowder at Howard Johnson's on the family trips of yesteryear. It's always been one of my favorite soups, whether thick in the south of Boston style, or just rich with cream the way it's done up north. This is Campbell's, and with a pat of butter on top, it's a fine Yankee tradition.
